Identified - The Adopt-a-Pet website is experiencing longer than expected delays in updating animal records from our exported data. Some sites are showing a 48 hour or more delay. We will update this incident when we have more information to share on the topic.

Investigating - Petfinder has reported long delays in processing animal data on their system. This issue was reported by Petfinder back on 02/2024 and is ongoing. This is occurring on Petfinder's system, and RescueGroups.org cannot fix the issue through action on our end. You can always check on Petfinder system status on their site here:
