Regrettably, we are still encountering a system issue with our API that is causing occasional delays in animal listing updates. Organizations using features that utilize our API, such as our Website service and Pet Adoption Toolkit may notice out of date animal listings. We are working to resolve this situation and will update this incident when we have more details.
